MOLDThis is the role of the Parent. There are no two ways about it - God has clearly placed the responsibility of molding a child in the hands of a parent. Since we all feel overwhelmed and inadequate at times to fulfill this role, we provide tools, encouragement and weekly reminders to keep you on track. As you are helping your child to grow, we want to make sure you are putting the most important stuff in first.

MOLD: the fabrication of something in a particular shape; to form.

We want to positively shape the lives placed in our care by showing them daily the example of Christ. By the way we live and conduct ourselves; our children will see our true priorities. We want you and your child to visit us regularly and make use of the tools provided. We are here to assist, encourage and remind you to stay on track.

As adults we are responsible for our actions. Despite what our parents did or said, what teacher we had, where we lived, or how we were led to believe as children, we will be held accountable for our actions as adults – each one of us individually. And according to research, we know the influence children receive during the ages of 3 to 9 years (the Sticky 7) set in motion who that person will become and how they will view the world. So the world wants your child and God wants your child. Let’s make sure we focus on molding their spiritual values while we have the most influence.

Bottom Line: Mold is Character Formation.
